Wellness: the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.
Well Being: the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.
Being Well: the state of being in good health; free or recovered from illness.
These definitions of wellness, well being and being well are too often considered synonymous. When it comes to the action, purpose, and outcomes within the electromagnetic resonance throughout a human system, these three states of being are very different stages of health within the system itself.
Wellness is a focus of conscious well-being in the human body—its energies, attunements and alignments to self, and the experience with others.
Well Being is a well-being focus of the subconscious microcosm within the system—atomic and subatomic in the body; the body’s systems (blood, respiration, organs, adrenals, etc.); the unseen dimensional layers of sustaining light in the first few feet around the physical body.
Being Well is a well-being focus of protecting and nourishing life in self-sustaining flourish—general systemic wholeness, optimal functionality and flow; equilibrium.
In the human system of physical and non-physical mind-body-mind, well health in your beingness is as layered as the dimensions you live within. Each level is a multi-layered function of benefit managing to maintain health within your whole system while you pursue your humanity. Just as arteries or drainage systems can clog over time, the gathered human experience not released to the past diminishes the quality of regenerating light moving through the body’s physical systems. The emotional density builds up and limits the fullness of electromagnetic fluidity naturally present to maintain optimal systemic health.

The light of your own field of existence works on your behalf. It is alive. It is the biological partner that cares for you, cares for you and cares that you flourish in this mesh of emotion—energy in motion—we call our lives. It is also the most ignored part of us. It is unseen. It is neglected—unallowed to fulfill its obligation to you—thereby, withering on its own vine—so to speak. If you don’t care about and for your own electromagnetic existence, its health and welfare—who does? Be Well. Be Response-Able.

Over the past half century, we’ve advanced dramatically with our gadgets, conveniences and social living. This moment in our experience—especially when much of the world is still at pause—the human mind-body-mind is in re-attunement and re-alignment to adjust to the pivot into a new future. Your electromagnetic intelligence IS the key to the ease of this natural upgrade now underway.
How to Reboot and Strengthen the Immune System
- Begin with small increments of time consciously communing with your own light field two or three times a day.
~ Do not stand quickly. Increase your water intake and eat hearty meals.
~ Do not do this while operating machinery (until you are practiced).
~ Do be patient with the experience.
- As with any new, old or re-acquainted friend, open your senses and welcome your light wholly into your physical body. In the beginning, you will likely feel uplifted, an in-filling sensation, possibly tingly and, definitely, light-headed.
~ Do state, “Too much” out loud when the flow interferes with your daily experience.
~ Once begun, the engaged flow toward configuring Wellness, Well Being, then Being Well, will continue until your mind-body-mind are in true balance within your own systemic wholeness (approximately 6 months to ten years—depending on how much self-abuse is presently active).
- Do not underestimate the consciousness, intelligence, and power of your own light. Welcomed, IT KNOWS what to heal in you, where to flow, what the world is evolving to, how to align, and attunes you to your present and future.
- Do not underestimate the strength, determination, and power of your own free will. Uncertain, IT WILL resist your own well-being, stop all momentum toward health, and opt for demise over living in the face of fear.
- Manage your expectations.
~ Being Well is the specific trajectory your electromagnetic light aims for that resets immunity in a world of contagions, dis-ease and undermining human factors, such as ignoring body clocks, undernourishment and worry.
~ Being Well is the outcome.
~ Wellness is a good start.
~ Well Being is a good healthy lifestyle to live within.
Contemplate Being Well. Daily. For the rest of your life. Your light will partner with you. Allowed, your light will function its purpose, heal you from the inside out, and flourish as it works to uplift you into its resonance of Being Well.
It’s a process—that doesn’t start until you and your free will begin it.
